Departmental Responsibilities
The City of Cedar Park Public Works Department is responsible for the development and maintenance of the city’s infrastructure and consists of several departments, all under one umbrella. It consists of Engineering Services, Water Treatment, Water Reclamation, Water Conservation, and Field Operations. (Field Operations consists of Utility Administration, Streets, Fleet Maintenance, Pump & Motor, Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection, Meter Services, and Community Service Coordination.
