Robby Chapman obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While a Third Year Law Student, Mr. Chapman worked as a student attorney in the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice, representing indigent clients charged with all levels of criminal offenses. Prior to joining the Cedar Park City Attorney’s Office, Mr. Chapman served as an Assistant District Attorney for Nueces County where he prosecuted misdemeanor offenses including DWI, Assault Family Violence, and Possession of Marijuana in the County Courts at Law.
